Rhodiola rosea (also called roseroot or golden root) is considered an adaptogenic medicinal plant. Thanks to its specific ingredients (e.g. salidroside), the root has a positive effect on the human organism's resistance to various stress factors. In combination with the other active ingredients in Renew, Rhodiola rosea has a calming effect, reduces stress-related exhaustion and fatigue and maintains physical and mental performance.

Rhodiola rosea extract is obtained from the root of Rhodiolae roseae radix. The perennial plant is mainly found in the Arctic Circle and in higher mountain regions of North America, Europe and Asia. Roseroot owes its name to its rose-scented roots.

Curcumin and the spicy-tasting essential oils typical of turmeric have a digestive, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect.

Ginger gives the Renew capsules their aromatic, fresh smell. The healthy essential oils, resin acids and gingerol, which is responsible for the spiciness of ginger, have a multitude of positive effects: thanks to them, the ginger root has an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect. The pungent substances it contains stimulate blood flow and circulation. In addition, ginger has a positive effect on gastric juice, saliva and bile production and promotes digestion.

Black pepper and the alkaloid piperine it contains have an antioxidant effect. This means they protect the body and cells from free radicals. Piperine also has an anti-inflammatory effect and is considered a "bioenhancer" - a natural amplifier of other active ingredients, such as turmeric.

Green tea has been used as a herbal remedy for more than 4,000 years due to its unique combination of phytochemicals and antioxidants. The amino acid L-theanine contained in green tea has a calming and anxiolytic effect. At the same time, it supports the production of dopamine in the brain and thus also has a positive effect on the ability to concentrate and inner drive.

Coenzyme Q10 plays an important role in providing energy in the body's cells. It occurs increasingly in the lungs, liver and heart, where it supports the supply of energy to the muscle cells. The fat-soluble molecule has an antioxidant effect, i.e. it protects the body from harmful oxygen compounds (free radicals).

In Renew, the coenzyme Q10 is synergistically perfectly supplemented by the polyphenols it contains (green tea, pepper, turmeric, ginger, rhodiola rosea) and vitamin B3.

L-tryptophan is one of the essential amino acids and cannot be produced (synthesized) by the body itself.
